sunt bona, sunt quaedam mediocria, sunt mala plura
quae legis hic: aliter non fit, Avite, liber.

We could paraphrase this as:

There are good posts, there are some mediocre posts, there are more bad posts which you read here: a blog is not made in any other way, Avitus.
