Your readers will think you are saying that Aeneas Tacticus himself had the Themiscyra incident in mind. That cannot be, as he was writing in the mid 4th century BC (when already, therefore, such use of 'wasps and bees' had occurred).If I may paraphrase Holley Bishop:
