Epicurus on Self-Sufficiency and Freedom

Epicurus, Vatican Sayings 77 (tr. Brad Inwood and L.P. Gerson):
The greatest fruit of self-sufficiency is freedom.

τῆς αὐταρκείας καρπὸς μέγιστος ἐλευθερία.
