Certain Men

Anonymous Latinus, Book of Physiognomy 104 (tr. Ian Redpath):
There are certain men who are harmful and stupid, who are called μωροβλάπται ('harmfully stupid') in Greek.

sunt quidam homines cum stultitia nocentes, qui Graece μωροβλάπται dicuntur.
The Greek word is apparently a hapax legomenon. It appears in Liddell-Scott-Jones, but not in Franco Montanari, The Brill Dictionary of Ancient Greek (Leiden: Brill, 1995).
