A List of Books
Of the first 10 items in Leandra Beabout, "100 Best Books of All Time," Reader's Digest (July 11, 2023), there are only 3 worth reading, in my opinion. The list seems to be more useful as a guide to books to avoid, such as Jacqueline Susann, Valley of the Dolls (number 4). I confess that I haven't looked at the entire list — I stopped at number 10.
