Wrongful Rule

Euripides, Heracles 256-257 (he = Lycus; tr. David Kovacs):
He is no true Theban, and rules most wrongfully over the citizens since he is an immigrant.

                                       οὐ Καδμεῖος ὢν
ἄρχει κάκιστα τῶν ἐτῶν ἔπηλυς ὤν.
