A Greek Compound Noun
μακροφλυαρήτης (makrophluarḗtēs) = tedious prater, a hapax legomenon according to Liddell-Scott-Jones, who cite only Greek Anthology 11.134.4 (by Lucilius). Although it occurs only once in extant Greek literature, I've met many who fit the description in real life.
