Claudian, Against Eutropius 2.194-196 (tr. Maurice Platnauer):
Go then, busy thyself with the plough, cleave the soil, bid thy followers lay aside their swords and sweat o'er the harrow.

                                   i nunc, devotus aratris
scinde solum positoque tuos mucrone sodales
ad rastros sudare doce.
