If I tell the truth I shall not give you pleasure;
and if I give you any pleasure I shall not be telling the truth.
εἰ µὲν φράσω τἀληθές, οὐχί σ' εὐφρανῶ·
εἰ δ' εὐφρανῶ τί σ', οὐχὶ τἀληθὲς φράσω.
